ARROW INTERNATIONAL, INC. ANNOUNCES DIVIDEND FOR FOURTH FISCAL QUARTER Reading, PA, August 15, 2005 -- Arrow International, Inc. (Nasdaq:ARRO) announced today that its Board of Directors approved payment of a dividend of $0.15 per share on its outstanding common stock, payable on September 12, 2005 to shareholders of record on August 29, 2005. This is the fifty-third consecutive quarterly dividend paid by the Company since its initial public offering on June 9, 1992.
